01Who we are
Nidavellir Software Private Limited ("Nidavellirs", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We operate https://nidavellirs.com and the products offered under it — Shrno, Commenda, Attune and Calibrate — which all authenticate through one shared Nidavellirs account.
You can reach our privacy team at info@nidavellirs.com or by post at Nidavellir Software Private Limited, Chouksey Niwas, NH 12, Hoshangabad Road, Ward No. 85, Samardha, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462046, India.
02One account across products
Because all of our products share a single identity provider, the account information you give us — such as your name, email and password credentials — is collected once and used to sign you in to any Product you are entitled to use. Product-specific usage data (for example, the links you create in Shrno) is associated with that same account.
03Personal data we collect
Information you give us
- Account data — name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and profile details you add.
- Organisation data — workspace or team name and the members you invite.
- Content data — the links, QR codes, pages, files and settings you create in a Product ("Your Content").
- Support data — messages, attachments and information you send when you contact us.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — features used, actions taken, and product interactions.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps and referring pages.
- Analytics data for your links — where you use link products such as Shrno, we record click events, approximate location (country/region derived from IP), device, browser and referrer so we can show you analytics. Visitors who click your links do not have a Nidavellirs account.
- Cookies & similar technologies — described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from third parties
- Payment data — when you subscribe, our Merchant of Record Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") processes your payment and shares limited transaction details (such as your name, billing country, plan and payment status) with us. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Sign-in providers — if you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive basic profile information you authorise.

06International transfers
We and our sub-processors may process data in countries other than yours, including outside your region. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
07How long we keep data
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise many of these directly in your account settings, or by contacting us.
To make a request, email info@nidavellirs.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. If you are in the EEA or UK and have a concern we cannot resolve, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
09Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of significant incidents where required.
10Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
